AM·PRO SLALOM FIN RANGE

The new i99 Cesare Cantagalli AM·PRO series has been developed in Italy at world-famous location Lake Garda.
Designed by the experienced shaper Patrizio Pelizzaro with Thomas Fauster’s contribution as renowned highly skilled water tester, the AM·PRO 73 has an innovative shape combining very fast scoop-rocker line to a new generation outline.
It has new features in terms of advance planing, acceleration and top speed being much more progressive at low and high ends.
Greatly improved to the entry and exit gybe. Board suitable for a wider range of riders with the main focus towards a very easy ride and control at top speeds and full blast lay-down jibes.
The 85 model has a brand new scoop-rocker line: the board is much more progressive in light and medium winds while maintaining good performance and control even in strong winds.
Also improved in the jibe control and exit-accelleration.
Models 61 and 63 have been updated in construction materials in order to make them less stiff underfoot, with consequent increased comfort even in extreme conditions.
All AM·PRO boards are equipped with 4 screws for straps anti-twist and the 73 and 85 mount a Deep Tuttle box to replace the previous Tuttle.

Thanks to the in-depth research and selection of high modulus carbon fibres at the forefront of the composite sector, we focused on a “Clear Vision” deck lamination, in full transparency, showing the distribution of the various carbon fabrics designed to work mechanically on each area with related stress and flex properties.

Nothing has been left to chance: the area of greatest stress around mastboxes, finboxes and footstraps’ inserts – are reinforced with the same reinforcements that have characterized the quality of our slalom boards during the last seasons.

 

 

 

TECHNOLOGY

Advanced Carbon Fibers

To obtain maximum accuracy and to guarantee consummate performance for the AM·PRO Slalom Series, we opted for the Semi-Custom Technology Construction.

A full deck lay-up built in single layer 98gr. Spread Tow High Module Carbon combined to a Carbon Stringer: This is a uniquely adaptable, safe and ultra-light supportive solution that lasts. Thanks to its structural features it has the function of a “back-bone” as well as giving an unique aesthetic inspired by racing cars.

A specifc Ultra Carbon Net with high elastic-module capacity is applied in areas of greater stress from tail up to the front pads in order to provide flex to prevent structural failure caused by excessive strains or shocks.

Reinforcements on rails, nose and tail of the boards are in full Biax Carbon, specially chosen to guarantee the correct mechanics in terms of twist and flex, ensuring high impact resistance.
